What's said in The Council Room stays there.

Every Council session is governed by a mutual NDA between you and the Council Member. No additional paperwork required — it applies the moment a session is booked.

Sessions are not recorded by default. If both parties consent, a private encrypted recording may be saved exclusively to your Decision Library.

Council Members may share anonymized lessons in aggregate (e.g. "a founder I worked with..."), but may never identify you, your company, or specific details.

Any breach of confidentiality is grounds for permanent removal from the Council and may carry legal consequence under the mutual NDA.
