Trust Center

Trust is the product.

A decision network only works if the room is private and the people in it are real. Here is exactly how we enforce both.

Verification System

Every Council Member is interviewed in person and their experience verified with primary sources — not LinkedIn screenshots. We call references.

Confidentiality

Briefs, Council Rooms, and Clarity Reports are private to you. Council Members sign an NDA before their first session. Nothing is shared with third parties.

Security

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, single-tenant database isolation per workspace. SSO for Enterprise. Sessions auto-purge from logs after 90 days.

Vetting Standards

We require minimum 10 years operating at the level you'd advise from, two verifiable references, and a working interview before any seat is offered.

Council Standards

Council Members agree to a code of conduct: honesty over comfort, no selling, no recruiting, no conflicts of interest. We audit randomly.

How Members Are Selected

We accept fewer than 5% of applicants. Selection is by judgment, lived proof, and reference checks — never by audience size or self-promotion.

Five things we will never do
  • We will never train AI models on your decisions, briefs, or session content.
  • We will never sell, share, or rent your data — including aggregated insights — without your written consent.
  • We will never let Council Members pay for visibility or ranking inside the directory.
  • We will never bring a Council Member into your room who has a disclosed conflict of interest.
  • We will tell you, in plain English, within 72 hours if any security incident materially affects you.
