Refunds, in plain English.

Cancel any reservation up to 4 hours before the start time for a full refund.

If a Council Member fails to show, arrives late, or the session is interrupted by a technical fault, your session is refunded in full and a new one is offered free of charge.

If you complete a session and don't feel you received the clarity you were promised, write to care@callyourmentor.com within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Membership fees are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days.
