Your decisions are private.
The Decision Network only works if the room is private. This policy describes what we collect and what we never will.
What we collect
Account information (name, email), the content of your Decision Briefs and Clarity Reports, and the metadata required to deliver sessions (timing, duration, Council Member). We do not collect biometric data or sell information to third parties.
What we never collect
We do not train AI models on your conversations. We do not sell, rent, or share your Decision Briefs, transcripts, or Clarity Reports with advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
How we use your data
To prepare your Decision Briefs, match you with relevant Council Members, deliver sessions, generate Clarity Reports, and improve product reliability. That is the entire scope.
Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@callyourmentor.com. We honor requests within 30 days.
Data retention
Your Decision Library is kept for as long as your account is active. On deletion, content is purged within 30 days from primary systems and within 90 days from encrypted backups.
Security
All content is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to private decision data is limited to the user and is logged.
